Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at KHADIJAZ. We value your trust and want to ensure you have a great shopping experience. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds:

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale/Clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized orders.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Wrong Item: If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will bear 100% of the shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or full refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
