1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale/Clearance items.

Customized or personalized orders.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

Customer Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Wrong Item: If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will bear 100% of the shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 working days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
