Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at KHADIJAZ. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after the order is shipped.

3. Payment Terms (Advance Payment)

  • Please note that we operate on an Advance Payment basis. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once the advance payment (including the Rs. 250 shipping charge) is successfully received and verified.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this moment.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

  • KHADIJAZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the fault lies entirely with the courier. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with unboxing proof (video/photos) so we can help you raise a claim or arrange a solution.
